IABEM Workshop on Integral Equations and the Boundary Element Method

The 2024 IABEM Workshop on Integral Equations and the Boundary Element Method will be held during December 2-3, 2024 on the campus of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), Shenzhen, China. Located in the Pearl River Delta region and neighboring Hong Kong, Shenzhen is one of the top four most prosperous cities in China and has been consistently referred to as the leader in technological developments in China.

The aim of the Workshop is to introduce the basic ideas, concepts, formulations, and efficient computer implementations of the boundary integral equation (BIE) and boundary element method (BEM) to graduate students and researchers who are interested in this exciting field. A group of leading researchers around the world have been invited as speakers at the workshop. They will deliver the courses at the Workshop and demonstrate a wide range of applications of the BIE/BEM in various science and engineering fields.
